Mike & Keryon always take care of me! They normally have everything in stock if not, they find a way to get me the needed equipment or parts asap. Very professional.
Horrible Service. If you are NOT contractor DON'T Bother!! Was told the I would have to go the parts store next door to get the product I was calling about as I am a residential customer and not a contractor. Went to that store and was told that they would have to get it from the Lennox Store (next door) but was then told that Lennox could not help right now because they were really busy. The manager at the Springdale location has made me. Take my business elsewhere. I will not buy anything from linux after the way i've been treated by the manager. No need for that!
The store will not answer their phone and when you call back they put you on hold or send you to store hours at 3:15
