That Karen is a gem, great forklift operator. Rachael is always happy to greet me with a smile and Jason keeps the place looking like a million bucks. The coffee is always hot and fresh too.
Even as I called all the way from Miami , Jason assisted me and we were able to get an unit ordered to the store in Miami, in preparation for an Emergency install on Monday. Lennox is very lucky to people as patient and hardworking as Jason . Hats off to you, and keep up the great work

I just want to leave the fantastic employees at Lennox Parts Plus in Sparks, Nevada an excellent review. I knew absolutely nothing about my daughter's unit and what parts it would need. Jason and Karen were great and explained to me what parts I needed to be able to get her air-conditioner back on line again. They have such a vast inventory there and they were able to send me back to my daughter's home with all that I needed within minutes. They showed such great customer service and such knowledge.
