Spoke with Chris regarding a hard to find part. He was very helpful and understanding and made sure that we got where we needed to be! That type of customer service is hard to find nowadays! Keep it up!
This isn't a place for consumers to pick up parts. This is for contractors and you need a license and an account with them to buy parts! Customer service told me otherwise but, Chris miller store manager, filled me in on everything.
They refused to sell me a flame sensor because I didn't have an account, and was considered a retail customer and not a licensed HVAC tech.
