The people there is very rude and even if you speak with anyone on the front desk, they hung up the phone and this is not nice and not respectful..
Top service wouldn’t have expected anything less
Literally the most unorganized store. Been calling and emailing for over two weeks about a part. When I called , i was told “we will get to you eventually “. That was 12 days ago. I will never push to sell this product anymore because of how hard it is to get in touch with anyone for help.
The guy on the counter had me on hold for 10 minutes ,, then after he pick up the phone I told him which part I need he was like we have it come to store , then I asked what’s the price he was like I’m too busy right now to give you the price I will call you later I have another line I have to take
If you do not want to work, simply stay home. It's not right that you have your customers on hold for 20+ minutes simply waiting for the clock to hit 4:30pm so that you can go home after a day of doing nothing. Being out on hold and passing by the store to see nobody inside say's a lot. Very unsatisfied with this type of service.
