Absolute joke of a company. My A/C is barely two years old and the blower motor already went out. It’s been out for OVER A WEEK and I am STILL waiting on them to get the warranty replacement motor to my technician. We have been without A/C in this texas heat for over a week and it is looking like they “wont have any motors in” until Friday so it will be a full two weeks. Runninning a home construction and home inspection businesses leaves me in the position to find quailty vendors on a regular basis. Kirsten Aldean and Lennox in Bryan are great to work with. APPEARS THAT THEY GOT RID OF KIRSTEN. Now they can't keep staff around. There are good HVAC supplies and equipment across the street.
