Sells to licensed professionals only which keeps the stores service perfect for technicians to go to for fast and superior service. This allows technicians to satisfy their customers ASAP
Bought a Lennox AC and gas furnace not quite 5 years ago. Much is proprietary to Lennox. The comfort thermostats are garbage and the apps are almost unusable. I'd never buy another Lennox. Think twice and do your homework first (& I bought a top of the line unit that I hate).

Shop was clean, employees were nice and respectful.
Refused sell to the public, only to licensed installers. There are plenty of online sites that will sell the same products, most times for less money without this hassle. This company will be setting themselves up for going out of business if they keep this up. I can understand not selling certain items, but not as a standard practice.
