always prompt and on it. A lot quicker pick up times than the Trane and Carrier stores which is much appreciated
Just spoke to Zack and he was GREAT. Very professional and fast service. I heard him helping a walk in customer, a phone call and myself at the same time. He has wonderful multi tasking abilities. My call to Zack was a refreshing phone call today with someone that actually seemed like he was genuinely happy to help us.
