They never answer their phone even though they're open. Their phone system is in French and doesn't even give you the option for English (they're fully aware of this, yet they don't fix it). Checking stock through their glitchy app is impossible. They rarely have parts in stock. What is going on with this place?
I was one of the fans of Lennox brand, newly registered as contractor, unfortunately I was so disappointed with the customer service at the branch... Unprofessional customer service, no mask wearing while speaking to me... And even hitting brutally the desktop as sign of anxiety for simple questions “if I can buy equipments directly from them” … the lesson learnt is I have to deal with a dealer instead but I don’t think I will go back to them as other competitors offer better business relationship
