The guy unloading gets 10 stars the guy answering the phone gets none, I called to see if I cud unload b4 my appointment and the office guy sed nope we have the slots booked out over a week. So I hit a truck stop overnight and still showed up early, guess what I was the ONLY truck unloading the whole 1.5 hrs I was there. T
