Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Drove over hour in hopes on finding a drain pan. Told by Bruce can’t sell to you because you don’t have an account. Certainly last Lennox with my company

I have been dealing with the Greensboro store for years. It has never run smoother than right now. Bruce does everything possible to supply us with anything we need to make our customers happy. Great place to do business.
Greensboro store is great to work with! Guys at the counter go above and beyond to get my hvac techs in and out in a timely manner.
