Naseer turned my entire idea if dealing with lennox around. Great customer service great come back. Lennox is doing its thing. Good job guys. Found a great one.

Don’t ever buy a Lennox product, that way you won’t have to deal with this place. Five warranty repairs in 6 years, all a huge pain. Spent days, and one time over two weeks without AC in south FL in August/Sept. Avoid Lennox and Parts Plus at all cost.
