I purchased a home with a Lennox hot air system, including an iComfort WiFi enabled thermostat. I have tried multiple times to register the iComfort system in my name, as it is currently registered in the former homeowner’s name. I have been on the phone waiting for 2 hours in their queue for the “next available consultant” to register the system in my name. Hey, if you guys could call me back about the part I tried to order last Thursday that would be great. I’ve called the store over 10 times since and haven’t gotten a response despite the fact that you said you would call me back. I’m a “premier dealer” and you still have terrible customer service. We probably won’t be selling any more Lennox equipment
