This is the most Efficient Lennox between Wilmington nc & Savanah Ga. I always get responses & I can email m# & s# with parts needed I receive an email back with a quote in 24hrs. Dustin & John are a blessing compared to what has been in this store since it moved to this new location opened.
Don't work here. Manager creates a hostile environment, belittling, insulting, always annoyed with a customer behind their back. Never clear with communication, doesn't want to train and when forced to do so it becomes a problem for them. "I'd rather you make a mistake than ask me questions", the mistake I made was leaving a very comfortable position to come help.
