I called this store to make a part inquiry. Customer service told me that they do not sell to the public and suggested to call Kirkfield Heating as they the only ones who can purchase and resell parts for profit. I tried to call Kirkfield but there is no techs available. So now I hit dead end. We been without heat for a few days as Lennox distributor was closed for the weekend. It is below zero on our house and we can not get furnace part. Our kids kind of uncomfortable to sleep and to do homework at home. I am hopeless. Sta... read more

Lennox was, in general, just the absolute worst. Really not good at all. Basically not there to help dealers or try anything to help the homeowner either. We stopped buying from Lennox as they are just terrible. Bad service all round and leaving dealers holding the bag. Every person that worked there 3 years ago or more has quit. So, Lennox locally has gotten a bit better. The new store and staff seem competent. Lennox warranty is still the worst there is in the industry in my opinion.
