Lennox does not support their customers! We had to replace our Circuit board, which had become discontinued due to issues, so we replaced with the new version. Just over 1 year later, once warranty expired, the new circuit board failed. Called Lennox to see if they could help as I am now going to be without heat for over a week, during winter, and having to pay for a replacement circuit board that has increased in price since last year, they declined to help. Very very poor customer service. Customer had no heat, needed 1 small part to get them up and running but it was close to closing time. Called ahead to let them know we were on our way to get the part. Got there 30 seconds after official closing time and the employee was already in their vehicle with the place all locked up. He must have been racing to get the store closed since he knew we were coming. Wouldn’t even look at us when we arrived, so selfish and unprofessional.
I deal with this location often through my work, and the staff over there is awesome! Evan is the person I regularly deal with. He has been extremely professional and knowledgeable when I needed parts from their location.
Refuses to sell to the general public. DIRTY. Edit: How tone deaf that you think I would want to over pay your technician when I know the problem. You are a garbage company. I will tell everyone in my area not to use you or your affiliates. Complaint has been made to BBB as well as the Alberta Consumer line. You will be contacted soon
Furnace broken all weekend and Wolseley/Amre don't have what you're looking for? Better to just buy it online, this place won't sell to the public even if you've had space heaters on for 2 days straight. You need a gas ticket to buy ANYTHING, even parts completely unrelated to the gas line. What a joke.
