I work with an hvac company in Calgary . Igloo vac I had called looking for a part at days end . Krista was so helpful even offered to stick around a bit later so I could get what my client needed . I have been installing Lennox furnaces for 13 years running my own small business here in Calgary. After installing hundreds of their various models, in all that time I have had almost no problems with any of their equipment. And when there is, their warranty process is smooth and efficient. The service from their sales reps is amazing, and I could not imagine installing any other brand.
Extremely rude shipping and receiving people.
The new counter staff and their new warranty system are a complete embarrassment to the brand. Shop literally anywhere else
