If there was an option to pick 0 stars I would. I was on a phone call for over 30 minutes to order 1 part. It seems like only 1 or 2 people at the front desk actually know what they are doing. Very frustrating trying to get parts.

I work with an hvac company in Calgary . Igloo vac I had called looking for a part at days end . Krista was so helpful even offered to stick around a bit later so I could get what my client needed . Krista is a great girl easy to deal with. Need more people like her working at suppliers in Calgary . GREAT JOB THANKS AGAIN KRISTA
I have been installing Lennox furnaces for 13 years running my own small business here in Calgary. After installing hundreds of their various models, in all that time I have had almost no problems with any of their equipment. And when there is, their warranty process is smooth and efficient. The service from their sales reps is amazing, and I could not imagine installing any other brand.
