We went to the store to ask for pricing , apparently they won’t give you pricing if you are not a contractor . We asked them seriously, their respond was company policy which only means they want HVAC company to over price the hvac and don’t give the individual to shop for their brand . At the end we bought other brand , we have over 100 locations with many HVAC they just lost big customer . Bad customer service
