Tried to get a part today . No answer on hold forever that an idiotic message that dont recognize my phone number and hung up.. well told customer to call and see what happens... lol worse company ever . But ty . Sold them a new furnace and def not lennox junk. Worse customer service ever and dont belong in business. And dont respond for me to email you. No point in calling, no one answers the phone
This company does not answer the phone, and when you can eventually get through, they hang up on you. I drove 30 minutes to this location to learn they Will not sell me parts unless I am an authorized distributor. It's a terrible business practice.
