Horrible service, keep hanging up
The reviews are correct. The staff are perfectly content sitting at the desk doing nothing. Somebody buying something is an inconvenience for them.
TLDR: horrible staff and service. Go somewhere else if possible. Rude workers on the phone (when they finally pick up) - other times they’ll put you on a forever hold or transfer the line to someone else who who doesn’t pick up. There is so much ego here because they know that if you were handed the misfortune of buying/servicing a Lennox unit, you almost have no choice but to come to them. This place is a circus. Piss poor phone service (waiting 30+ min before anyone picks up and or hung up on), how this has been going on for 15+ years and hasn’t been fixed is astounding.
Why after a few years this site doesn’t pick up the phone, clearly after multiple reviews on this theirs still an issue lol! Otherwise walking in they are fantastic
