Very rude counter staff. I have been going to Lennox for over 20yrs. Never been treated that way by counter staff at any manufacturer

We deal with Lennox alot for my work and I have had nothing but awesome things to say, I have been mostly dealing with Sethu and he has answered all my questions and clarification on so .at things. Thank you for all your help!
Buying and installing is all good. Filters are too complicated to change and not easily obtainable. Complicated part numbers. Not listed in most searches and online stores and very expensive. Lennox has rigid system, won't let you register and doesn't sell directly to consumers. Painful every year!!!!!!
