It’s always stressful going into Lennox for parts. This time I email for quote on an inducer motor that’s quoted to me and in stock. When I pick it up 2 days later they tack on $50 for the tariff. THE MOTOR WAS ALREADY ON THEIR SHELF!!! So they charged my and extra $50 for something that’s been in this country for some time now. I tried telling them this and you get a blank stare. Lennox does not support their customers! We had to replace our Circuit board, which had become discontinued due to issues, so we replaced with the new version. Just over 1 year later, once warranty expired, the new circuit board failed. Called Lennox to see if they could help as I am now going to be without heat for over a week, during winter, and having to pay for a replacement circuit board that has increased in price since last year, they declined to help.
