Disappointing customer service. I asked a simple question and the front desk staff responded rudely and said I was disrespectful. Not a welcoming experience.
Worse company ever .. never answer phone . Easy for selling other equipment tho. I just ask customer to call customer service and after on hold forever then hung up on they say they understand. How they still in business is beyond me .
Talk to me on the phone I drove all the way to Waterloo to pick up the parts and then find out that you have to be an HVAC company to purchase from them. Al
