The customer service representative was unprofessional. I politely asked for information on the availability of an air handler to save my contractor some time (didn’t even ask about pricing just availability) and the representative hung up on me.
Best HVAC wholesaler lion the planet! Sheri and Baya are top of class professionals in the industry. Highly recommend to professionals. Beware of poor reviews on here they’re from homeowners not tradesmans. Homeowners that used the wrong guy and had a bad experience, how is that Lennox’s fault?? Nothing but positive vibes from these beauties!
Purchased a brand new Lennox LF25 for my garage, took 2 months to come then it was missing the block to connect the thermostat so had to wait another week for it then the unit doesn't get to temperature. Not Happy at all my contractor installed it correctly but the unit is junk waiting and getting the run around now to return it or getting it repaired should of went to princess auto!!!
