I had a great experience working with Mike at Lennox, along with another team member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. Both were extremely helpful, timely, and professional throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure we got the parts we needed for our customer, and their effort did not go unnoticed. Their dedication to excellent service made a big difference, and I truly appreciate their support. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would gladly work with them again.
