Appoit for 8 am..at the gate at 7:45 am,got a door right away..took 1h loading and ppwk.
I waited 49 minutes for an item on will call. This place is an absolute chaos.
This is the route intended for trucks if coming from I35 or else you will have to come all the way around because there is no way out of Gardner rd as all the exits have big no truck signs
Worst worst shipper Lennox and staff . Very poor experience with Lennox shippers . I checked in at 8:00 AM, and now it’s 2:40 PM — still no loading started. The office staff kept saying “I’m working on it” for the last 7 hours, with no clear update. The way drivers are spoken to here is not respectful or professional. Being told they’re busy with other loads is not an acceptable excuse when drivers are waiting this long. Drivers: be aware — if you come here, be prepared to waste 10–12 hours.
