Unreasonable ejection from property 1 hr before appt and rudely told to go to a truckstop and come back at appt time. Can even park in the businesses around the. Apparently there are no truckstop around DFW Airport. Once back was unloaded fast enough to forget the rude gesture. No wonder my A/c will remain Carrier forever.
Stupid receiver. Too rude people work there, I will never come back .
Terrible service and support. Repeat part failure with 3 AC units less than 6 years old that has cost me over $3500 in labor and freon since 2020. Systems are serviced each year by qualified techs/company. Lennox systems I would stay away from. They wouldn’t even consider assistance in sharing the cost on the parts with lifecycle of less than three years. Update: The saga continues; they are now telling me I have to pay for a part that is fully covered under warranty; I then call the Lennox wholesaler and he states he can’t ... read more
