I have no words to express the level of dishonesty I encountered with this business. They show no respect for their customers and seem to be solely motivated by profit. I made over five phone calls to confirm my dog's treatment, and each time, they assured me he could receive care after his X-ray. After making two trips—totaling four hours—with my two young kids, I was informed that the treatment may be postponed because they just ont have an available orthopedic surgeon.
