Tess and her team have been looking after my apartment for five years and I cannot thank them enough. They take such pride in their work. My apartment is always spotless, and this is reflected in the reviews we receive. Tess and her team are friendly, professional and always a pleasure to deal with. I'd give them 5 stars every day of the week.
We had such a great experience last weekend staying in one of the beautiful Lennox Head Luxury holiday rentals. The place was spotless when we arrived and when I needed to ring and check on the operation of the TV, Tess was super helpful!! We will definitely use them again!! Thanks Tess & Gemma 😊
Tess and her team have been cleaning my house for many years. Very efficient…they are the best!!
Unfortunately had a terrible stay here. We checked in and instantly noticed multiple dead cockroaches scattered around the apartment. There was a cockroach in the bathroom that had been partially eaten, and in the cupboard. As the evening progressed we continued to find further cockroaches alive around the house. The tiled floors were also dirty, resulting in making our feet black walking over them. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had during my stay at your property in Lennox head. The communication I received, particularly from, Tess and Gemma, was significantly below the standard expected of an Airbnb host.
