Our roof has been a consistent issue for us ever since we got a new one put on by another company and it was done horrificially wrong. In the long list of things wrong, apparently, the skylight in our kitchen has problems and when we get lots of rain (i.e. all the time because it is Pennsylvania) it leaks. And it's unfortunately right above our three lovely Labradors. So, we called Lennox Brothers and they responded immediately to us, coming out to see the problem. Our contractor Jesse has been completely out of contact for the past few weeks and we have heard nothing. The project has been extended from the originally planned August timeframe we thought was supposed to occur up to present day and is now being extended even further. We are not happy. We want this done.

Jesse and crew replaced my roof and did an awesome job. Very happy with their work. My roof has a lot of steep angles, but it only took about two days to get it done and it was not disruptive at all. The crew was super nice. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure to remove any nails and debris from the grass. There was some back and forth with my insurance company and Jesse was helpful getting that sorted out. If I ever have to do anything like this again, I'll call Jesse again.
