I blew a tire coming through Arkansas. I looked for a company close and luckily found this company. They got me right in, replaced a tire, and rim on my trailer promptly. They're also honest. I asked the mechanic if another tire needed to be replaced because it had a slight groove in it. Most places would have said yes just to sell another tire. Trustworthy shop for tires and repair! Highly recommend!
I changed the hub seal in this service. After 3 weeks the breakdown appeared again due to poor quality repair or spare parts. Since I was far from this service, I had to change it in another place. I had to pay $500 again
Ryan and the guys do something a little different it seems. I say this because we have a few “problem” trucks where I work and Lennox is the first place that has actually addressed the problems to the point that they are no longer a problem. We have worked with “parts swappers”, big name dealerships, and small mom and pop shops… Lennox is our “go to” these days because they are honest, tell is if they cannot work on a particular issue, and actually fix everything else!
Wanna know how to win in trucking? Find a good shop and stick with them.. This is the ONLY shop I use for my rig. My repair, maintenance, and tire stop all in one.
