Terrible, unprofessional outfit. Put a new MOT and service on the car I purchased but was clearly rushed through to make the sale as the rear brake pads weren’t even advised. They were metal on metal the following day. As I’m in the trade I agreed that I would change the pads and discs myself to save them on labour but have been waiting for them to reimburse me £78 since July last year! Our experience with Lennox Autos has been utterly appalling, and we feel compelled to warn others. We purchased a £29.5k, 3-year-old hybrid vehicle from them, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish.
