Staff is rude, place is dirty hell, Smell Dirty, looks like an old apartment building with a bunch of business in there. Lennox Alves MD is a rude man.
Dr Alves and team are great!!! I did a Same day Surgery and everything went so great!!! The only problem I had is the lady that answer the phone sound really rude at his office but I think that how she speak, however, Brandon is a great asset to this medical company since he seem as the only one that knows how to speak and show care for Dr Alves’ patients.
Dr. Alves is an excellent physician/surgeon he knows his stuff. He’s well respected in the medical community. He will not perform surgery if you do not need it. He will advise you on alternative care. The office setting is a little lack luster but if you like a doctor that genuinely care for his patients, you’ll get passed the office setting.
