I took my daughter and I to hospital as we both were suffering from a virus that we were supposedly treated for but never improved. When greeted by triage nurse she was so sweet and caring. She made us feel comfortable and even made us smile. We got there at five am. Dr Morrison came in and was able to diagnose and treat and we were walking out the door at 610. My opinion of health care lately has been very poor. However I feel differently after the care I received tonight. 🙏 thank you for the kindness, amazing job.

We have a cottage in Napanee, this is a great hospital quick, clean and free parking.

I'd rate this hopsital 0 stars, if possible. You wait unbelievable amounts of time only to be misdiagnosed and/or sent home with a script for something that doesn't even resolve the issue because they don't bother to actually listen to your symptoms and just shove you somewhere and leave you there until you hopefully leave on your own. No wonder everyone goes to Kingston or Picton, this hospital specializes in malpractice, not medicine.

This place doesn't deserve a single star, this place is so bad nobody cares about you after waiting for 9 hours, the person dies and they don't care my leg is going to be amputated and nobody cares to give me medicine. I stepped on a rusty nail and I need treatment.
