I'd rate this hopsital 0 stars, if possible. You wait unbelievable amounts of time only to be misdiagnosed and/or sent home with a script for something that doesn't even resolve the issue because they don't bother to actually listen to your symptoms and just shove you somewhere and leave you there until you hopefully leave on your own. No wonder everyone goes to Kingston or Picton, this hospital specializes in malpractice, not medicine.
This place doesn't deserve a single star, this place is so bad nobody cares about you after waiting for 9 hours, the person dies and they don't care my leg is going to be amputated and nobody cares to give me medicine. I stepped on a rusty nail and I need treatment.
The only reason there are two stars is because the doctor was great. The missing stars are because the triage nurse didn’t put the main reason I was there - which was chest pain- and instead made it seem like I was there for the sniffles. Waited 8.5 hours and the doctor came in talking about stuff and didn’t even mention chest pain. No wonder I waited so long.
