I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lenox. I placed an order in mid-December for a personalized holiday ornament. The order was marked as delivered on January 5th, but the package never arrived. That alone was frustrating, but what followed was even worse. I ordered a Baby's First Christmas ornament at the end of November which was in-stock and received an order confirmation. After 2.5 weeks of no update drom them I followeed up via their online chat contact us feature. I received no response. The chat feature on their website is a feel good as it has always said "not available" when I check during their business hours. If I could give no stars, I would. I placed an order on December 4th and it has never shipped. For weeks, the order has been stuck in “processing.” Your own policy states personalized items take 8–10 business days plus shipping. I am WELL beyond that timeframe. There is no tracking, no ship date, and no explanation beyond the same canned response. I love Lenox. However, recently ordered some Kate Spade dinnerware. It was for 12 place settings and a handful of extra pieces. Almost half of the pieces came with some sort of noticeable imperfection. I reached out to customer service and they went back and forth with me about what to do.
