Took a DR string trimmer to them. They asked for fifty dollars put towards the repair. About 6 days and I get a phone call they can’t fix it I go to get my machine and was told they don’t make them any more. So I asked for the fifty back and they refused. I went home got on the internet and in five Minutes I had my carb. They still Make the machine and produce all of its parts .
