Dr.Lennon is great and staff are too! It was a little frustrating getting a first appt as I was transferring to her from out of state and I couldn’t get booked without having all the previous drs notes, which took forever. But once I got in, her and all her staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
I could not recommend Dr Lennon enough! I truly believe she is the reason I was able to carry my baby to term! She did everything possible to make sure I was able to have a safe, and healthy baby and delivery. She was very thorough and never made me feel rushed, even though I know she was very busy all the time. She is very sweet, loving, friendly, and seems to really enjoy her job! Dr. Lennon gave me the runaround despite being late in a very high-risk pregnancy. Receptionists refused to make an appointment for me stating the doctor makes her own schedule, they've marked my case highest priority, and she would call me back tomorrow. They said that on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. No call Friday. No call Monday. They laughed in my face when I went in in person and requested an appointment for that week. I'd rate lower if I could This office is a joke! After waiting for over 2 hours I finally just walked out. I'm new to the area and just can't believe how they run this place and the staff act like rude zombies. I've had appointments canceled on me but they don't inform me till I show up at the window. Every appointment it's always about a hour or longer till they call me back. I end up with car trouble call them to see if I can still be seen that I'll be about 20 minutes late they tell me I have to reschedule. I show up to m... read more
