4th Oct 2025 Alex helped us with our Touareg test drive. At first when we entered the showroom, not many were interested to even look at us but Alex came to us, greeted us and spent a good 30 minutes with us, accompanied us for the test drive and answered all our questions. Alex has great customer service ethic and I thank him for his help on the day!
They sold me a faulty car in Aug 2022. The first week of taking it home, rain leaked inside my car because the windshield wasn't installed properly (they did fix this) then fast forward to a little over 2 and half years (in march this year) the motor blew, the DPF, and the turbo - I took it to Lennocks mechanic because Lennocks VW no longer deal with customers after selling and the mechanic told me it's not my fault, its just bad luck and sometimes happens to cars like mine.
