I took my car there for the 75000km service and was dealt with by a woefully bad person on the front desk. He told me that there was a problem with my service, but had no further information. I had to then wait 45 mins (I left work and used leave to be back at the dealership by 3.30 as requested) before a manager came over and explained the context behind the service problem. Can’t speak highly enough of the Lennock Motors team. I purchased a new Tiguan RLine through Stuart. His product knowledge, customer service & energy were all 5 Star and despite the car I wanted not being in stock - he found me one in a matter of days. I will never get our car serviced or tyres changed here again. The tyres did not last long, they missed the air filter for two years worth of services until it was seriously mouldy (another mechanic said it was the worst he’d seen), and I needed to take the car in 4 times to fix an oil leak. I thought I needed to go to the dealer to maintain warranty as the car had issues but it was not worth it.
4th Oct 2025 Alex helped us with our Touareg test drive. At first when we entered the showroom, not many were interested to even look at us but Alex came to us, greeted us and spent a good 30 minutes with us, accompanied us for the test drive and answered all our questions. Alex has great customer service ethic and I thank him for his help on the day!
