I purchased a new Volkswagen Passat Alltrack from Lennock Volkswagen (Phillip ACT) on 11 December 2012 for $54,056. Unfortunately, my experience with both the vehicle and the dealership's after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. When you book a vehicle in for a scheduled VW service weeks in advance it would be helpful if they had oil in stock so we’re not wasting another day to come back.
