Our experience, managed by Jake Mahony was a very positive one. Jake,from first telephone conversation to delivery of our T Roc R line was always working to meet our requirements, which he did. We had an extremely positive and supportive relationship with Jake, culminating in the purchase of our vehicle.
I have had 2 outstanding occasions of service from Lennock in the past month. The first was from Chandra in the Service Dept who did a great job helping have our VW Golf serviced when I had made a mistake with the booking. This was followed up with great assistance from Stuart in the sales team, along with his manager Rick, which saw me immediately purchase a VW Tayron hours after a test drive. I purchased a new Volkswagen Passat Alltrack from Lennock Volkswagen (Phillip ACT) on 11 December 2012 for $54,056. Unfortunately, my experience with both the vehicle and the dealership's after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. Since purchase, the vehicle's clock spring has failed on five occasions requiring replacement of the part (2016, 2019, 2021, 2025 and 2026), with the fault again identified in September 2024 and then replaced in September 2025.
