I refer to the spare parts section. I contacted them in regard to a part - they were busy and said they call back shortly. 6 hours later I get the call back, with apologies - ok. But then I get a whole lot of bad attitude (they hang up ). I call back and get a whole lot of negativity and "cant do" without any assistance or suggestions. The interaction left a very bad feeling toward Lennock VW.
