Nissan sent out an email about a VIP event for their End of Financial Year promotion. I deleted these emails because I am not interested in a new car. I received a phone call suggesting that my car (manual Nissan) is allegedly a highly desired car on the second hand market. I am the proud owner of a Nissan hybrid Qashqai. James was really helpful. The whole Nissan team were great and the service did not end with the sale. Any time I needed help with all the buttons and control they are more than willing to help.
Unfortunately they damaged the tint on a window. Then took 3 goes to get it repaired in the meantime the car was hit by the lennock bus in the yard. Total joke, you go to a dealership for expertise and get amateurs.
Purchased a new Nissan Qashqai through Lennoch Nissan and it was an excellent experience. From the point of contact regarding the purchase of this new car the Sales Consultant James Clarke provided an excellent experience. As I live in Wollongong 3 hours from this dealership James provided the sale and trade without any hassle and I could not be any more happier with the experience.
