Nice car at a good price, customer service and communications well below standard
This is for SKODA Service Every time I have been in here, upfront is great, receiving the car etc...Excellent but after that, no calls, chasing info on what is happening. the supervisor does not call back when they say they will. They broke a part in the engine and said it was like that, and then take no responsibilityor offer a solution to fix that I was happy to pay for. Info on spare part, 4 days of continuous calling with someone getting back to me. Then when I pick up the car because I can't be without the car for that ... read more
