I purchased my Skoda Kodiaq brand new from Lennock Skoda and recently booked the first 15,000 km service. I was quoted $482 over the phone at the time of booking. Upon arrival for the service, I was advised the price had increased to $549. Notably, my brother completed the same 15,000 km service on the same vehicle model and was charged $482. So you send a email to the new car sales email that they advise you to use on their website, you then get a email back advising that as your email is not known to them my email is blocked. Well done Lennox Skoda. Such a well run business

Edryan Lopez (Ed) was professional, pleasant and not pushy. As a woman buying a used car who changed the brief and was unsure of what I wanted, I received treatment from aggressive to complete disinterest. Ed patiently listened, found me a variety of options and followed up when he said he would. I found the car elsewhere but felt compelled to review as I hope it helps another woman solo shopping and feeling overwhelmed. Thanks Ed.
