I recently bought a 2018 Subaru Liberty premium, and they were quick to arrange a test drive. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the car since it’s my first one, and I was! The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Seriously would not recommend, I have been going here since I got my car and they tired to tell me that I had a blown head gasket even though there was nothing wrong with my car!!! I went to go get a second opinion and they said all that was there was an old stain. Very lazy diagnose and feel like they were just trying to get me to buy a new car!!! Don’t go here if you love having money in your bank
We placed a deposit on the vehicle on Thursday. The following day, the car was involved in an accident while being taken to obtain a pink slip. While we were understanding of the situation, we were disappointed by the lack of ownership and proactive effort from the team, particularly management, to address a mistake that occurred during their process. As a result, what should have been a positive and exciting experience of receiving a new car was significantly diminished.
Friendly staff and fantastic professional service, they treat everyone as VIP.
