Young kid named Jake made big promises to me before even checking with the underwriters. A veteran State farm agent from another office told me there's no way he could be right. She was correct. Then he lied to me and said that they changed that rule a month ago. I have confirmed that's not the case. Apparently it's always been that rule. This kid needs way more training or just go work in fast food.
