Lady claimed to know how to do a straight blow out on long hair..she did not..hair was thick and not as fine as I asked prior to beginning the process..got the frizzies soon as I walked outside..Of done properly a straight blow out should be paper fine n not frizz up in one day. Was misinformed on staffs ability to perform what I requested..won't return to that salon.

I recently went to Lenneth after he purchased my old salon, all the staff left and sadly my regular (closer to home) stylist passed away. First let me say I was apprehensive but after a few minutes Lenneth erased those fears! He was the best! Took his time, was super friendly and engaging. Most importantly he is a master colorist, my hair never felt or looked better! and the cut was fabulous on my 57 year old face! Please don't hesitate to try his new location in Spotswood. Kenneth is the real deal!!

My cousin went there and had an appointment with Emily on 9/16. Never again. The hair in the back and front is uneven. She is not happy with it at all. We had asked if Emily was experience prior to making the appointment (she usually goes to Stacy) and they told us she was. Obviously this was not accurate. Glad she did not get coloring. She asked me to put this review since she does not write English well. Will wait for Stacy next time or go to another salon.
