Mr. Lenner grossly overcharged and under-delivered on a ceiling job that I hired him for. He consistently showed up 2-3 hours past agreed upon times, unprepared, without necessary supplies, and did slipshod work. I terminated my contract with him after a month of strung along dates and unfulfilled timelines. The next contractor got the job done in a matter of days at less than half the Lenner price.
Paid a 50% deposit to Lenners Handyman Services for a project that never began. No labor was performed, scheduled start dates and times were missed, very poor communication, and the job was ultimately canceled in writing. The deposit was not refunded. This experience caused unnecessary time, expense, and disruption. Proceed with extreme caution.
