The community is beautiful, excellent location from interstate, The HOA (Breeze) is horrible, no welcome letter stating the things you need to do to setup payment and services provided. I have dealt with many unprofessional HOA, however, this HOA by far the most. I hope Lennar makes them improve their service if they want to attract more customers. I am not impressed with them thus far.
