Definitely one of the better methadone clinics I've been too, very quick and painless. Staff is very understanding and helpful especially Elan (sp) she has gone above and beyond for me one multiple occasion. If your looking for help, this is the place to go
My life has changed because of this clinic. I was in a place in life that I no longer wanted to live because of my addiction. I went to the clinic and the staff was so helpful. They showed love and patience. They gave me back my dignity. Through my counselor Ms.Vera I have learned to hold my head high. That I have a bright future. I know that if I need someone to talk to she is the for me. I am thankful for everything she has done and will continue to do for me. I know qith her help and the help of her staff I get better.
At the clinic, I was having some problems getting to work on time. I was having a problem with getting my right amount of bottles and I wrote a grievance. Then a counselor from the back that heard my problem came out and began speaking to me. Her name was Elaughn Davis-Lance. She immediately went to the back, spoke to the doctors and got me double the amount of bottles I usually get for the inconveniences of not being able to get to work! this is the worst clinic in all of new jersey. every week when i come in its a long line of people waiting to get dosed and the LINE DOES NOT MOVE. they have 3 windows and abandoned two of them every single time a line starts and when you raise awarness they act confused like they dont know whats going on. on top of that ive had staff members nod off on me , had doctors ignore me and raise my dose just to shut me up and sent me out , when u actually need help theyll treat u like the ultimate junkie too lmfao . this place is ... read more
