Terrible experience dealing with Lenar—especially the real estate agent, Alexa. Absolutely awful. She completely dropped the ball, particularly with my mailbox key. It’s been three weeks since closing, and I still don’t have access to my mail. They knew my closing date well in advance and never arranged for the post office to rekey the box. Horrible my mother in law was supposed to close today and right before they call her and tell her that she was denied. AT FIRST it was about student loans but once that was done they said it’s because she hasn’t been at her job long enough. Mind you shes supposed to close today so the fact that’s she’s been a teacher for 4 years was known from the very beginning l.
