While our homes are beautiful, after 2 years our community pool is still not finished. Our home owners and HOA have repeatedly inquired about this and have been met with an aloof and unconcerned response, if we get a response at all. We have been paying for pool maintenance and water but are not allowed to use it because they haven't finished the last few things for the bathrooms and WiFi for the gate right next to it. Lennar Homes Is by Far The # 1 Builder in Tampa. They have Homes From The High 100's To almost a 1,000,000. They do Ever Thing Included in Your Home. It by far the greatest Value in The Tampa Bay Market.They do also have WCI Homes which is a higher end home. WCI is by far the best Higher end Home in Tampa Bay Florida Market.
Worst home builder in the entire planet. Fails the customers in many ways. Main goal is to sign on the line so they make their money. Many construction flaws. They subcontract every project, without holding accountability. I’ve been battling a second story sub flooring issue since day one. “Warranty” and Dana’s construction wants to come in a piece my house together.
