2nd time purchasing with Lennar and unfortunately an all-around poor experience, from issues with the mortgage company, to lack of proactive communication from the title company, to the builder not handling issues appropriately. Will likely be my last time doing any business with Lennar. Plenty of other builders in the area that have the integrity to deliver a quality outcome.

Jordan Ramirez has been a very important asset through this whole application process to the point even months after we closed he helped me acquire the paperwork that I needed to dispute the increases in my property taxes he is definitely one of the very best people I've ever worked with and he definitely made this whole process very simplified and very easy on the closing
