Suggest using a different company if you can. Although my experience with a Lennar house (searching, buying, living in one) has been great, this particular office made closing incredibly difficult. I called to ask what time I should come in the next day for closing and was told "I can't guarantee we'll close. We're very busy" even though closing had been scheduled for months.
