Lennar builds beautiful homes, but my recent experience with the closing of escrow was beyond stressful. First, we were delayed by two weeks, through no fault of Lennar's. Then, without any advance notice, an unfamiliar sales representative called and said I could close on the same day, this past Tuesday, instead of the extended new closing date three days later. Had a fantastic experience with the team in Murrieta. Renee specifically was very professional, patient with us, and had excellent communication. Thanks again for making it all happen in order to close escrow on time. You guys rock! Kevin and Sabrina

I really feel like CalAtlantic title was the EASY part of my escrow which was stressful. (I'm sure that's normal). Anyway. Renee AND HER TEAM were very helpful. Answered every question I had and helped with every concern. They got back to me very quickly. With all the stress related to escrow, I feel like these guys really went out of their way to make the closing part less stressful. I can't tell you how much of a relief that was.
