I had the worst experience with lennar mortgage since the beginning they take 3 months to Process my application and 2 days before closing they told me that I don’t qualify , they ask me for my down payment and until now they haven’t refunded my Money. Worst experience and worst customer service especially Maria Lugo she is very unprofessional.
Lennar builds beautiful homes, but my recent experience with the closing of escrow was beyond stressful. First, we were delayed by two weeks, through no fault of Lennar's. Then, without any advance notice, an unfamiliar sales representative called and said I could close on the same day, this past Tuesday, instead of the extended new closing date three days later.
