I completed a pre-qualification with Lennar Mortgage and was surprised to learn it resulted in a hard inquiry on my credit. I was assigned a loan officer who called me once. I missed the call but returned it immediately and never heard back. Since then, I’ve called several times, left voicemails, sent emails, and even reached out to the office directly—with no response. Wes at Lennar Mortgage was great, He was very helpful, responsive and explained things to us really well. I would highly recommend working with Wes to get help you get your next home! He is the best! I would recommend working with him again once we need a bigger house in the future.
Loan officer, James Franklin was always available to this nervous first time homebuyer. When I had concerns or questions, his answers were concise and timely. He not only communicated through emails but also checked in with phone calls which were greatly appreciated to have that human connection. He had it all under control! Thank you!
