I have a shower that leaks into the wall and flooded a light in the floor below. I asked Lennar to come take a look. I was called back and the man on the phone told me he'd order a part that would fix it. He said, "I am going on vacation. Can we close this ticket and re-open it when I get back?" I stupidly agreed. He asked me to call him back and re-open. I waited a week and called him to re-open the incident and left a voicemail. Since then, I have called dozens of times and not gotten a call back. Appliances were not what they promised. Cheap carpet put down. Walls were not put up properly. Garages should have beed insulated n drywalled!
We have been contacting the Lennar service center since 2020 August trying to schedule the team to come to our home and work on the items that we were told would be fixed at the ONE YEAR MARK. We have been given all variations of excuses around Covid and now we are still unable to have this scheduled. Some of the issues in our home include; Multiple Floor board issues on the second floor.
